John B. is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition - Global Support at ARRISE, which powers Pragmatic Play, since January 2024. Previously, John held several roles in talent acquisition at Entain and GVC Group, culminating as the Tech & Product Talent Acquisition Team Lead. John also contributed to the retail resourcing team at Ladbrokes Coral Group for a decade, overseeing recruitment for over 650 retail outlets and leading a project to harmonize pay and benefits across numerous stores. A graduate of the University of Aberdeen with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, John has a solid background in fostering careers and managing diverse teams.
