Petra Rakic

Petra Rakic currently serves as the Head of Training & Quality Control at ARRISE powering Pragmatic Play since October 2024. Prior to this role, Petra held various positions at TechStyleOS from July 2020 to October 2024, including Sr. Manager of EU Training & Quality and Manager of EU Training and Standards. Petra's experience at Transcom from January 2015 to July 2020 included roles as Training And Quality Manager and Training and Quality Specialist, focusing on monitoring employee performance, conducting workshops, and preparing educational materials. Petra began their career in customer service, resolving product and service issues, and earned a degree from the University of Belgrade between 2009 and 2015.
