Carla Vilain

Carla Vilain is a seasoned professional in program management and agile delivery, currently serving as VP of Program Management and Agile Delivery Lead at arrivia since June 2023. With extensive experience coaching and transforming organizations in agile methodologies, Carla has held significant roles including Distinguished Product Coach at TD and Portfolio Coach at Silicon Valley Bank, where Carla supported numerous teams and tailored agile processes. Previous positions include Director of Agile Transformation at Ticketmaster and Agile Coach at American Express, where Carla trained over 200 participants in SAFe methodologies. Carla's early career included product management roles across prominent companies such as Barclays Bank and Sony Playstation, where Carla successfully defined product roadmaps and managed lifecycles. Carla holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Education from Victoria University of Wellington.
