Regina Guinto

Regina Guinto is a seasoned professional in product design and management, currently serving in a design role at Arrow since July 2024. Previously, Regina held the position of Product Manager and Lead Product Designer at Tawkify from January 2023 to June 2024, where responsibilities included leading product strategy, improving customer satisfaction, and defining a new design system. As Head of Product and Design at S'More from December 2019 to June 2024, Regina oversaw the entire product development process. Additionally, Regina has experience in leadership roles, including serving as President of the Young Professional Board at The ADVERTISING Club of New York and as Creative Director at several companies, including APG and HyprMX. Regina's diverse background also encompasses various positions at Jun Group and a brief tenure at Spotify. Regina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Cinematic Arts from the University of Southern California.
