Jordan Eclevia has extensive experience in quality assurance and team management within the technology and retail sectors. Since October 2016, Jordan has worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Arrowhead General Insurance Agency, Inc., where responsibilities include designing test plans, tracking software changes using JIRA, and leading the QA for ImageRight testing. Previous experience includes a role as Warehouse Assistant/Supervisor at Supermicro, managing custom orders and coordinating team operations, and a position as Flow Member at Target, focused on customer assistance and inventory management. Jordan holds a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science from the University of California, Merced, earned in 2014, and a high school diploma from Fremont High School, completed in 2010.
