Jeff McLanahan

Jeff McLanahan, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Vice President of Learning and Development at American Residential Services since February 2022, leading the design and implementation of training strategies to support business growth. Previously, McLanahan held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Business Development and Vice President of Human Resources and Learning and Development at Wausau Homes, and Senior Vice President of Learning & Development at Cicis. Notable experience also includes directing enterprise learning initiatives at Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning and overseeing learning and development for Direct Energy across North America. McLanahan's career includes significant roles in training and human resources at Papa Johns International, Inc., and Taco Bell. McLanahan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Central Missouri.
