Don Nolan

Mr. Nolan is a Senior Advisor for the industrial growth team and serves as the Chair of Polytek, an Arsenal portfolio company. Prior to joining Arsenal as a Senior Advisor, he was President and CEO of Kennametal, spent seven years at Avery Dennison, and 12 years at Valspar. He has held various roles at Loctite Corporation, Ashland, General Electric, and The Timken Company.
