Bruk Abdu

Bruk Abdu currently serves as the Social Inclusion Manager at Arsenal F.C. since October 2023. Prior to this, Bruk held the position of Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner at Barnet Council and worked as a Community & Clinical Practitioner at MAC-UK. With extensive experience in the field of youth support and intervention, Bruk excelled as the Head of Interventions at Football Beyond Borders, where an innovative therapeutic strategy integrating creative arts and football was designed to prevent school exclusion among at-risk youth. Bruk's earlier roles include Senior Project Lead at Greta, various positions in film production, and leadership roles in youth mentoring programs, complemented by a Master's degree in Therapeutic Wellbeing Practitioner and a Bachelor's degree in Economics with International Development.
