Charlotte Henderson

Charlotte Henderson has over a decade of experience in human resources and people operations, currently serving as the Head of Employee Experience and People Operations at Arsenal F.C. since July 2019. Prior to this role, Charlotte held multiple positions within Arsenal F.C., including People Operations and Talent Acquisition Lead, Senior Resourcing and Operations Manager, Senior People Business Partner, and HR Business Partner. Before joining Arsenal, Charlotte worked at Tesco from June 2013 to July 2019 in various roles such as People Partner for Supply Chain and Technology, along with serving as an HR Coordinator for General Merchandise and Marketing. Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business Management from Swansea University, which was obtained from 2007 to 2011.
