Simon McManus

Simon McManus is an experienced football professional with a diverse background in coaching, management, and education. Currently serving as Programme and Activation Manager and Football Development Lead Coach at Arsenal F.C. since November 2016, Simon has a notable history that includes roles such as Talent ID Centre Manager and Lead Age Group Coach at AFC Bournemouth, as well as BTEC Lecturer and Academy Manager at Portsmouth College. Additional experience includes positions at Soccer Scholar Academy as Technical Director, co-founding Elite Portsmouth Soccer, and serving as a Sport Psychologist at Southampton Football Club.
