Julian Stein

Julian Stein is an accomplished academic and creative technologist with extensive experience in media arts and design. Currently serving as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at ArtCenter College of Design since September 2021, Julian previously held positions as a Developer at HAUS Los Angeles, Creative Technologist at CultureHub, and Web Fellow at NAVEL. Julian's academic background includes a Master of Fine Arts in Design Media Arts from UCLA and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Electroacoustic Studies from Concordia University. Additionally, Julian has contributed as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at UCLA, as well as in various research roles at Synthesis Center, matralab, and the Topological Media Lab, focusing on interdisciplinary art practices and responsive environments.
