Paola Belotti

Paola Belotti is an experienced researcher in the cosmetics industry, currently working at Artcosmetics srl since August 2016 in the R&D department, focusing on formulation of new cosmetic products, particularly in the Make-up sector, and specializing in face and eye emulsions. Responsibilities include supervising product industrialization, coordinating external laboratories for product safety testing, researching new raw materials, and providing technical support to marketing and commercial teams. Previous experience includes a research internship at IZSLER, where tasks involved vaccine production and microbiological culture preparation, and a role as a research trainee in a veterinary clinic focusing on feline and canine sperm analysis. Paola holds a degree in Veterinary Biotechnology from the Università degli Studi di Milano, completed in 2016, and an earlier degree in Veterinary Biotechnologies from the same university, attained in 2013.
