Steven Leaf

Steven Leaf is an experienced professional with a diverse background in audio-visual technology, account management, education, event coordination, and agricultural development. Currently serving as an Audio Visual Technician at The Art Institute of Chicago since November 2013, Steven facilitates events by ensuring proper lighting, sound design, and video. Previously, Steven worked as a Jacksonville Account Representative for Groupon, where responsibilities included securing and managing relationships with over 100 small businesses in the Jacksonville, FL market. Steven also held positions as an English Language Instructor at The College of Chicago and Chungdahm Learning, focusing on curriculum development and student progression. As an Event Coordinator at Uncommon Ground, Steven coordinated programming and maintained communication with artists and musicians. Steven began a professional journey with hands-on agricultural experience at Community Based Interventions while holding degrees in Sociology from Michigan State University and Music Theory and Composition from Lansing Community College.
