Sylvain Cordonnier

Sylvain Cordonnier is a Senior Data Scientist at Artefact since June 2023, previously serving as a Data Scientist at Orange from October 2018 to June 2023. At Orange, Sylvain focused on enhancing customer experience through data solutions, AI product development, and analysis of large datasets. An earlier role as a Data Scientist intern at Orange Business Services involved identifying customer retention issues and improving satisfaction through statistical analyses and algorithm development. Sylvain also worked on financial difficulty detection for Cofidis and had internships in software development and IT at Flipdish and Grand Port Maritime de Bordeaux, respectively. Sylvain holds an engineering degree in Data Science from Centrale Lille.
