Janice Kneller

Janice Kneller is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in implementing Flexible Benefits and Total Rewards across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Benefex since December 2020, Janice excels in project management, requirements and systems analysis, and the production of technical specifications. Previous roles include Orbit Implementation Consultant at Capita Employee Benefits, where Janice managed similar implementations and client relationships for over a decade. Janice has held assistant managerial positions in Trust Based administration at Capita Hartshead, HCL Technologies, Liberata, and Gissings, as well as a client services role at Reliance Mutual Insurance Society Limited. Janice holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA Hons) in Music from Colchester Institute and completed schooling at Tunbridge Wells Grammar School For Girls.
