Vicky Eimer

Vicky Eimer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in CRM strategies and IT business enablement. Currently serving as the Director of CRM at Gallagher since September 2022, Vicky previously held the position of Commercial Excellence Solutions Leader for the Global Commercial organization at UL, where responsibilities included overseeing Salesforce.com. Vicky's background includes roles such as Senior Manager of IT Business Enablement at UL and Manager of CRM Applications & Strategy at Chamberlain Group, where Vicky drove enterprise application initiatives and established governance teams. Vicky's earlier career at Jack Morton Worldwide involved leading SFA/CRM applications and overseeing the full systems development life cycle, supported by a foundational role as a Training Analyst at Accenture.
