Courtney Daisey

Courtney Daisey, MPH, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Property Management at Article Student Living since November 2023. Previously, Courtney held various roles at CA Ventures from January 2016 to November 2023, including Director of Property Management, Regional Manager, Senior Property Manager, and Property Manager, managing a portfolio of up to eight student housing properties across multiple states and successfully achieving high occupancy rates and financial objectives. In addition, Courtney worked as the Director of Residence Life and Housing at Campus Living Villages from June 2011 to December 2015, overseeing rent collection and lease compliance for a 1,065-bed property. Educational credentials include an MBA in Accounting from Fitchburg State University, an MPH in Public Health from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, and a BA in Psychology from the University of Delaware.
