Øyvind Eggen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fields of development cooperation, research, and consultancy. Currently serving as an Editor at Artikulert and an Entrepreneur at Anonyme byråkrater, Øyvind previously held significant roles such as Director of the Knowledge Bank at Norad, Executive Director at Rainforest Foundation Norway, and Senior Advisor & Project Manager at Civita. Øyvind's career also includes positions as Policy Director at Norad and Senior Research Fellow at the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs. With a PhD in Development Studies from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences and a Cand.Polit in Social Anthropology, biology, and literature from UiT- The Arctic University of Norway, Øyvind combines academic depth with practical expertise in international development.
