Charlene Frizzera

Charlene Frizzera is a Pioneer at Artis. She is currently the president of CF Health Advisors and Senior Advisor at Leavitt Partners. Previously, she was the Acting Administrator and Chief Operating Officer of the Center of Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) where she worked for 30 years across a variety of functions before Acting Administrator.
