Alexandre Miest

Alexandre Miest serves as the Recruitment Operations Manager at Arup since August 2024, focusing on sustainable development across a global network. Previously, at WilsonHCG since October 2017, Alexandre advanced from Recruitment Business Partner to Recruitment Operations Manager, contributing to innovative human capital solutions in recruitment. From October 2017 to July 2024, Alexandre held multiple roles at Anheuser-Busch InBev, leading recruitment initiatives for experienced and early career programs across Europe. Earlier experience includes a Recruitment Consultant position at Generations Recruitment and an internship in Talent Recruitment at Cargill. Alexandre holds a Master's degree in Multilingual Communication & Human Resources from Université libre de Bruxelles and has participated in an Erasmus Exchange Student Program in Translation and Interpreting at Universidad de Sevilla, along with a Bachelor's degree in Translation and Interpreting from University of Liège.
