Nelly Berry

Nelly Berry is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in water management and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as Associate Principal at Arup since July 2022, Nelly has held various significant roles including Project Director and Collaborative Services Planning Manager at Sydney Water from July 2018 to June 2022. Previous positions include Director of Water Licensing and Compliance at IPART from August 2008 to July 2018, and several roles at the Department of Energy, Utilities and Sustainability, as well as the Department of Natural Resources and Mines. Nelly's academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Environmental Law from the University of Sydney, a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from The University of Queensland, and a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, also from The University of Queensland.
