Hugo García González is an experienced professional in business solutions and change management, currently holding multiple leadership roles at Arval BNP Paribas Group since April 2015, including Head of Business Solutions Department, Head of Change Management Department, and Head of Processes and Configuration Area. Prior to this, Hugo worked as a Process Consultant at blueIT for Santander Bank from January 2013 to April 2015. Hugo holds a Master of Science in Telecommunications and a Bachelor of Science in Telematics, both from Universidad de Valladolid, alongside additional education from La Salle Palencia.
