Zeynep Sever

Zeynep Sever is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations, IT, and digital transformation. Currently serving as COO at Arval BNP Paribas Group since September 2021, Zeynep previously held various leadership roles at Vodafone from October 1999 to September 2021, including Billing & Invoicing Operations Manager, Transformation Program Manager, and IT Governance Expert. Zeynep's expertise includes managing the billing operations for 11.5 million customers, executing transformation programs within budget, and overseeing IT governance and strategy. Zeynep holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Middle East Technical University, completed in 1999.
