Patty Young

Patty Young currently serves as the Director of Small Business Strategy and Innovation at Arvest Bank, a position held since March 2020, where responsibilities include developing and executing strategic plans for the small business segment and managing the Small Business Division budget. Additional roles include participation on the Experian FI Advisory Council and the CBA Small Business Banking Committee. Prior to this, Patty held various significant positions at The Union Bank of Mena, including Chief Administrative Officer and SVP of Lending & Retail Banking, contributing to business transformation and operational excellence. Previous experience spans roles at Castle Bank NA and EarthMover Credit Union. Patty holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management, graduating Cum Laude from Aurora University, and has furthered education through the Barret School of Banking and SMU Cox School of Business.
