Azor B. de Toledo Barros

Azor Bolton de Toledo Barros is the Managing Partner at Parallax Ventures, a leading Fintech-focused venture capital firm in Latin America since July 2022. In addition to this role, Azor serves on the boards of multiple companies, including ASAAS, Monkey, Caf, and klavi. As a co-founder and former CEO of Estímulo, an NGO established in 2020 to support small and medium businesses during the economic impact of Covid-19, Azor has successfully raised BRL 70M in donations and facilitated over BRL 200M in loans, aiding approximately 3,000 businesses and preserving around 30,000 jobs. Azor is also an investor in BizCapital, iugu, Agrolend, and Gorila. Academic background includes an MBA from The Wharton School and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Escola Politécnica da USP, along with completion of the Stanford GSB program.
