Marcos José Ouriques

Marcos José Ouriques is an experienced professional with a background in customer experience and electrical engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Experience Analyst at Asaas since November 2020, Marcos has progressed through various roles at the company. Prior to this, Marcos gained valuable experience at Livrarias Curitiba as a bookseller, focusing on customer interaction and product organization, and previously worked at WEG as an industrial electrician, where responsibilities included equipment repair and system installation. Marcos holds an Electrical and Electronic Engineering degree from UNIASSELVI and is pursuing an MBA in Strategic Process Management at UniSociesc Centro Universitário.
