Nicole Nielson

Nicole Nielson is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in organizational development and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Coordenadora de Desenvolvimento Humano Organizacional at Asaas since October 2020, Nicole leads the HRBP and Learning and Development teams while being responsible for the Leadership Development strategy. Previous roles include HRBP Leader and Tech HRBP, where Nicole implemented the HRBP area and led HR Business Partner initiatives across various operations. Nicole's career also encompasses positions at KaVo Dental, NeoGrid, OTM - Soluções Logísticas, Grupo RBS, Unimed Litoral, and Embraco, showcasing expertise in recruitment, onboarding, employer branding, and process enhancements. Nicole holds an MBA in Gestão de Pessoas from FGV and a degree in Psychology from ACE, along with additional coaching qualifications.
