Suellen Felizardo Kriegl

Suellen Felizardo Kriegl is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as a Human Development Leader at Asaas since September 2022, Suellen is responsible for implementing initiatives and programs focused on organizational human development. Prior to this role, Suellen worked as an Organizational Development Specialist at Unimed do Brasil from July 2019 to September 2022, where responsibilities included collaborating with technology teams to develop solutions and methodologies for team performance enhancement and building a culture of innovation. Suellen also held positions as a Tech HR Business Partner at Unimed do Brasil, and as a Tech Recruiter at Capgemini and NTT DATA, specializing in IT recruitment. Suellen holds a Licentiate degree in Psychology from Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina and completed further education at UniFil - Centro Universitário Filadélfia in 2021.
