Ian Houlder

Ian Houlder is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the beverage industry. Currently serving as the National Engineering Technical Manager at Schweppes Australia since April 2002, Ian oversees the development of technical specifications and performance criteria for projects valued at $100 million while acting as an in-house engineering consultant for bottling and packaging requirements. Previous roles include Senior Engineering Project Manager at Schweppes, where Ian managed capital engineering works for the Southern Region, executing projects ranging from small-scale initiatives to major undertakings exceeding $20 million. Prior to this, Ian was Group Engineering Manager at CBS Engineering Pty Ltd, successfully revitalizing operations in the brewing sector and managing office closure post-acquisition. Ian's educational background includes a Mechanical Engineering degree from Auckland Technical Institute and university entrance qualifications from Kelston Boys High School.
