Lorrie Norrington

Lorrie Norrington is an experienced operating partner at Lead Edge Capital, a $5 billion growth equity firm focused on tech-enabled businesses globally, since August 2012. Lorrie serves as the Lead Independent Director on the Board of Directors at HubSpot and Colgate-Palmolive, holding leadership roles in governance committees. Additional board positions include roles at Autodesk, Asana, Ancestry, and Gupshup, which focuses on conversational technology in emerging markets. Lorrie also provides advisory support to OneSignal and previously served as a board member for Workhuman and Signal Sciences. Lorrie holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Business with a focus in Finance and Marketing from the University of Maryland.
