Hari Subbish Kumar Subramanian is an experienced Energy Transition Researcher at Asar since December 2021, and a Co-Founder of Brineys, which focuses on providing solar-powered drinking water solutions from seawater in Kenya while producing table salt from the resulting brine. Previously, as a Renewable Energy Expert at Auroville Consulting from February 2020 to November 2021, significant contributions included conducting a survey on the Suryamitra skill development program in Tamil Nadu and performing financial feasibility studies for solar plus energy storage. Earlier roles included graduate research internships at TNO and ECN, where technical studies on Expanded Natural Graphite and Phase Change Materials were conducted. Hari holds a Master's degree in Sustainable Energy Technology from Eindhoven University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Energy Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology.
