Alicia J. Nelson possesses a diverse background in information technology, having held various positions across multiple organizations. At ASCAP, Alicia serves as a Desktop Support Engineer, while previously working as an IT Consultant at Alicia Sullivan’s Remote Tech Support. Experience includes roles as a Computer Programmer and Information Technology Help Desk Administrator at the Agricultural Development Bank in Trinidad & Tobago, and as a Computer Laboratory Supervisor at the University of the West Indies, St Augustine Campus. Additionally, Alicia started their career as a Junior Programmer (Trainee) at the Caribbean Epidemiology Centre (CAREC).
