Molly Engen

Molly Engen is an experienced event manager and coordinator with a diverse background in event planning and brand promotion. Currently serving as Event Manager at Ascend since January 2023, Molly previously worked at Timberlake Hotel as a Sales & Event Coordinator and held roles at Young Living Essential Oils as a Brand Ambassador. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Community Outreach & Business Development at It’s Molly's Brand Enterprises, Events Coordinator at Scheels, and Member Relations & Event Manager at First Lutheran Church in Fargo, ND. Early career positions included Communication Assistant at Montgomery Public Schools and Fan Engagement Manager at Montgomery Biscuits Baseball. Molly holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Minnesota State University Moorhead and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Minnesota State Community and Technical College- Fergus Falls.
