Ashley Appelman

Ashley Appelman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client success and program management. Currently serving as Associate Manager of Client Success at Challenger since November 2021, Ashley oversees the onboarding and implementation of services for multiple clients, providing strategic recommendations to enhance their sales and marketing efforts. Previously, Ashley held several positions at The Jewish Federation of Greater Washington from October 2015 to November 2021, including Executive Office & Leadership Associate, where contributions included establishing a Diversity, Inclusion, Equity, and Belonging internal workgroup and coordinating leadership programs. Ashley's earlier roles include program analyst support for the En Route Automation Modernization program at the Federal Aviation Administration and various administrative positions across different organizations. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Justice Studies from James Madison University.
