Comprising over 35 trainers, coaches, and mentors, the team aims to enhance client performance through personalized training, team building activities, and assessment centers. Their work supports a wide array of industries, reflecting Ascendis' leading position in the consultancy sector within Romania and the Republic of Moldova.
