Hilary Herendeen

Hilary Herendeen, MBA, MSN, FACHE, currently serves as the Vice President of Patient Services (CNO/COO) at Ascension since August 2024. Previously, Hilary held various leadership positions at Riverview Health from July 2017 to August 2024, including Associate Vice President of Corporate Partnerships and Director of Operations for Employer Services, overseeing employee health for a large staff and leading cross-functional teams. Hilary's early career included roles as a Nurse Practitioner at Indiana University Health and as an Emergency Department RN at Riverview Health. Hilary also has experience in pharmaceutical sales and territory merchandising, demonstrating a strong ability to drive business growth and develop key relationships. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a Master's Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Saint Francis.
