Cory Hohs

Cory Hohs is currently an advisor at Ascent Integrated Tech. Prior to that, they worked at Nokia HERE Maps from September 2010 to April 2015, where they were responsible for product management for the map and platform. Cory successfully launched and scaled the community mapping products and program, resulting in 6+ million contributions and broad customer/consumer usage.

Cory also drove product strategy and portfolio management for a direct 55 person global team of engineers, product managers, program managers, and designers. Cory was responsible for strategy and product for community global programs through outreach and other platform community products. Cory created business models for both new and existing products to drive map projects and new value returns.

Cory went from 0 to 5,000+ super users, resulting in 50% of map changes and a cost reduction. Cory also successfully grew map contributions to 80% (25% increase over and above the set yearly KPIs). In addition, Cory drove internal mapping operations across multiple global production centers and 62 global field offices with new community mapping tools and local community groups and agencies.

Cory Hohs attended DePaul University where they received a Bachelor of Science in Economics/Computer Science. Cory then went on to receive a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and economics from DePaul University.
