Simon Pass

Simon Pass is a seasoned professional in the management consultancy industry, currently serving as the Director at Ascent Professional Services since April 2011. With a vision to establish Ascent as the leading global headhunting firm in management consultancy, Simon has held several key roles within the organization, including Associate Director, Principal Consultant, Managing Consultant, and Consultant. Prior to Ascent, Simon spent time at Morse Consultants as a Graduate Building Surveyor and completed an internship at Jones Lang LaSalle as an Intern Building Surveyor. Simon holds a 2:1 BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying from the University of Reading and attended Old Swinford Hospital School from 1998 to 2005.
