Pratik Vaghasia

Pratik Vaghasia is a Cloud Service Engineer at ASE, with prior experience as a Network Support Engineer at Orro Group and a Technical Support Specialist at Eastern Health. Pratik has a robust background in IT support and network management, having effectively troubleshot software and hardware issues across over 5,000 workstations, executed software upgrades, and maintained security protocols at healthcare facilities. Pratik's expertise extends to configuring Cisco switches, administering Active Directory, and working with specialized medical systems. Additionally, Pratik's earlier roles included providing first-level support at Melbourne Sexual Health Centre and Fastrack Technology, along with developing educational materials during a traineeship at Praxis Interactive Services. Pratik holds a Master’s degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from La Trobe University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Atharva College Of Engineering.
