Jarom Webb joined ASEA during the pre-launch phase in 2009, when he met with Verdis and felt compelled by his vision and the uniqueness and substance of the company. Jarom has served on the ASEA Board of Managers since its inception and brings to ASEA nearly two decades of experience in the direct selling industry. He also has held senior executive positions with two large multinational companies outside the industry and has consulted with a variety of startups and large conglomerates. Jarom initially took on an executive role with the company as CFO and soon added the additional responsibilities of COO. He was appointed president of the company in 2012 and to vice chairman of the board in 2021. In his role as vice chairman and founding executive, Jarom serves as advocate for the company, products, business opportunity, and associates. He works in close partnership with Founder Tyler Norton and CEO Chuck Funke to oversee the strategic direction of ASEA, brings new insights to the company, interacts with ASEA’s field leaders and associates at select field events, and strives to carry on the legacy, mission, and vision that first attracted him to the ASEA cause. He completed his Bachelor of Accounting at Brigham Young University and earned his MBA from the University of Utah.
