Paul Ukrainetz

Paul Ukrainetz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the cement industry, currently serving as the Alternative Fuels & Raw Materials Director at Ash Grove Cement Company since July 2020. In this role, Paul supports the operational strategies of the CRH Americas 12 Cement plants by focusing on the development and maximization of alternative fuels usage. Prior to this position, Paul held various roles including Optimization Manager at CRH Canada, where safety was a key focus, and worked as an independent consultant specializing in cement manufacturing and waste-to-energy solutions. Paul has spent significant time at Lafarge, where expertise was developed in fuel optimization, co-processing alternative fuels, and technical support for complex manufacturing issues. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Calgary.
