Ryan E. Wynkoop

Ryan E. Wynkoop is an experienced real estate professional with a diverse background in property management, investment advisory, and regional management. Currently serving as Regional Manager of Investor Relations at Ashcroft Capital, LLC since May 2022, Ryan also operates as Principal and Owner at Wynkoop Capital Partners since January 2017, specializing in development and investment advisory for private equity clients. Previous roles include Commercial Portfolio Manager at Blanton Turner, General Manager for Amazon during the startup and stabilization of Amazon Global HQ in Seattle at both Hines and Amazon, and various property management positions at firms including CBRE and Greenhill Companies. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Management from Miami University.
