Yehuda Sheinfeld

Yehuda Sheinfeld is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Ashkenazy Acquisitions Corp since January 2013, Yehuda has previously held the role of Vice President and Director of GAAP Accounting and SBU Reporting at Forest City Ratner Companies, managing a team of 20-30 accountants and analysts for a substantial portfolio of over 9 million square feet of office, retail, and residential assets. Prior to that, Yehuda worked as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young LLP, where oversight of audit engagements for clients, including REITs and privately held real estate firms, was a key responsibility. Yehuda obtained a B.A. and an M.S. in Accounting from Yeshiva University between 1994 and 1998.
