Edward Ditcham

Edward Ditcham is a seasoned Front of House professional currently working at Ashling Park Estate since November 2024, where responsibilities include assisting in the restaurant and leading vineyard tours and cocktail classes. With extensive experience in the hospitality and equestrian sectors, Edward held various roles at The Goodwood Group from December 2021 to November 2024, culminating as Assistant Restaurant Manager, alongside experiences as a subcontractor for DHA Equestrian Services since August 2018. A strong foundation in the industry was established at The George Inn from April 2018 to June 2021, progressing from Kitchen Porter to Larder and Pastry Chef. Edward holds an L3 Extended Diploma in Business Management from Chichester College and is currently pursuing further education with the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
