Ali Abalkhail

Ali Abalkhail currently serves as the Head of Operations at Ashmore since November 2020. Prior to this role, Ali held the position of Custody and Settlement Operation Manager at Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) from February 2019 to November 2020. Ali's extensive experience in the financial sector includes a tenure as Head of Brokerage Operation at Riyad Capital from May 2018 to January 2019, and various roles at Saudi Fransi Capital, including Section Head of Local Brokerage Operation, Senior Financial Analyst, and Financial Analyst from August 2011 to April 2018. Ali began the professional career as an Operation Coordinator at Saudi Hollandi Capital from June 2010 to July 2011. Ali earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from King Saud University College of Business Administration, graduating in 2009.
