Verity Cox

Verity Cox currently serves as Deputy Company Secretary at Ashmore since October 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Assistant Company Secretary and Assistant Company Secretary at Hammerson from January 2017 to September 2021, as well as Policy Manager, Corporate at ICSA: The Governance Institute from August 2016 to January 2017. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Employee Share Plans from The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland and completion of the Chartered Secretaries Qualifying Scheme (CSQS) from the same institution. Verity holds a degree in Literae Humaniores from the University of Oxford, obtained in 2011.
