Shakti Pratap

Shakti Pratap is an experienced professional in sales and distribution management with a strong background in the tire and equipment industries. Currently serving as Cluster Head at Ashok Leyland since July 2022, Shakti is responsible for the Profit & Loss of the geographic cluster and leads a team of 10 sales managers. Prior experience includes roles such as Sales Manager for OTR Tires at Yokohama Off-Highway Tires, where expertise in large tire sales and distribution was developed, and Sr. Sales Account Manager at Michelin, focusing on industrial and earthmover tires in North India. Additional experience includes sales positions at Action Construction Equipment Ltd. and CHOWGULE & Co., complemented by an MBA from Edith Cowan University, along with a B.Sc. in Sales & Marketing.
