Raju Kendre

Raju Kendre is a dedicated professional in the field of development and education with significant experience as the Founder & CEO of Eklavya India Foundation since May 2017, which focuses on empowering first-generation learners from historically underrepresented backgrounds. Currently, Raju holds multiple roles, including Global Fellow at Echoing Green, Affiliate Fellow at Ashoka, and is involved in an Action Research Fellowship at the Indian School of Development Management. Raju's extensive contributions to writing include positions as a Contributing Writer for ThePrint and a Columnist for Loksatta. Raju's academic background includes a Master of Science in Development Studies from SOAS University of London and a Master of Social Work in Rural Development from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, along with several other qualifications in social work and public services.
