Rashmi Bansal is a Visiting Professor at Ashoka University since August 2019, where a full credit course, 'Road Less Travelled,' is taught to inspire students toward entrepreneurship through inspirational stories and hands-on projects. As an author with Bushfire Publishers since April 2014, Rashmi has published 10 best-selling books, selling over 1.2 million copies. Previously, Rashmi founded JAM magazine in August 1995, leading a team of over 300 young reporters while also serving as editor. In addition, Rashmi was a Consulting Editor at Businessworld Magazine from July 2003 to October 2008, writing extensively on youth, women, and entrepreneurship topics. Earlier career experience includes a Brand Manager role at Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd., after starting as a management trainee within the Times of India group. Rashmi holds an MBA in marketing from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a BA in Economics from Sophia College, Mumbai.
