Ryan Pinckard

Ryan Pinckard is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and business development within the plumbing and HVAC sectors. Currently serving as the Oregon Chapter Governor and former President of ASHRAE, Ryan has held multiple leadership roles within the organization. At CHC Hydro, Ryan works as a Business Development Engineer while previously serving as an Outside Sales/Business Development representative at Mechanical Sales, Inc. With earlier positions at Ferguson Enterprises that included inside sales and management training, and a foundational background in financial services and customer relations, Ryan has cultivated strong customer relationships and achieved significant sales results. Ryan holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Marketing and Business Administration from the University of Oregon.
